INTRODUCTION:
As a valued customer, we want to ensure your private information is kept private and only shared with those companies who are authorized either by yourself or as allowed or required by law.  This document explains our privacy policy, give you reasons why we ask for the type of information we do, and, if we do reserve a right to share information with non-affiliated third parties, lets you "opt-out" of your reservation to do so.  Please take a moment to read this entire policy - IT IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION!

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:
The purchase of a motor vehicle required a considerable accumulation of nonpublic personal information.  For example, if we sell or lease you a vehicle extending you credit at your request we will receive information from you in order to determine your creditworthiness.  We may also obtain information from a credit-reporting agency.  We may also obtain information from third parties such as employers, references and insurance companies.

State or Federal Agencies, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Internal Revenue Service may require some of the information we obtain from you.  This information may be required even if you were to pay cash for your vehicle.  Examples would be a driver's license or social security number.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION:
We safeguard nonpublic personal information according to establish industry standards and procedures.  We maintain physical and electronic safeguards that comply with State and Federal law.  We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and outside contractors who need to know the information to provide product or service to you.  We prohibit our employees and agents from giving information about you to anyone in a manner that would violate any applicable law or privacy policy.

INFORMATION SHARING:
We only share information:

1. As permitted by Federal or State laws.
2. For purpose of processing a sale or lease transaction as you request or authorize, such as submitting information to a third party financial institution that may be requested to take an assignment of the contract or verifying insurance coverage information.
3. When using outside service providers to help us provide you with products and services.  Before providing information to our service providers we enter into contractual agreements prohibiting them from disclosing or using the information other than for the purpose it was disclosed.
4. With "affiliated" companies.  Companies that are affiliated with us include any company that controls us, any company we control, or any company under common control with us.

Please be assured that we place the highest priority on protecting and keeping our customer's personal information secured.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those associates, representatives and employees who need to know this information to provide you with products and services.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

In the process of selling/leasing a new or used vehicle, requires a considerable amount of nonpublic personal information.
We will be receiving information from you in order to determine your credit worthiness.  We may obtain information about you from the following sources: credit reporting agencies, employers, insurance companies, social security number, and drivers licenses.  Information received from you on an application or other forms of information you provide by telephone or in person to our sales associate and other representatives may also provide us with nonpublic information.  State or Federal agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service or the Department of Motor Vehicles may require some information from you.

All of the above information that we collect as described above may be shared with corporate affiliates of our dealership(s), as permitted by law, with non-affiliated third parties.
You may prevent us from sharing with our corporate affiliates information we receive from a credit reporting agency (except for the sharing information about transcriptions or experiences between us or our affiliates and you).  If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic information about you to non-affiliated third parties you may "opt-out" of those disclosures.  That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).
